I am 28 and have undescended testicle, sometimes i feel pain or dull ache in right groin area and i also feel something is there. As per search results, it can be worsening and risky. I have never been to doctor for this. I am planning to visit but as per search it is shown that after surgery also risks remain same. Is it really risky if not treated by now ? Please confirm this

I was diagnosed with some 3-4mm kidney stones in both of my kidney, having consulted with one of the doctors nearby, he had prescribed me urimax 0.4 ( tamsulosin ), i took the medicine for 10 days and i stopped it on 10th of July, but since then my semen volume has not been normal, sometimes the ejaculate volume is less even nil, it's been 3 weeks/20 days since i have stopped the medicine, is there something to worry about, does it take this long for the medicine to wear off? What to do to fix this issue?

Hello I got uti in June first week it got recovered doctor gave nitrofurantoin for 7 days I took morning n evening uti got cured but after that I started feeling burning sensation after passing urine and also started feeling feverish in the evening then another doctor recommended me fosfomycin n urispas for 7 day , fosfo I took one dose on 29th July n still taking urispas from 29th July but today it's been 4 days still again m getting burning n feverish symptoms again ... it's been two months kindly suggest some alternative treatment thank you

I have some 5-6 round structure in my right testis When I streching scrotum skin I see it . It's feel it's under scrotum skin and above testis . It's present together 5-6 One is little big and other is small ... When I flash 📸 it , it's transilmulation I am very worried and tenced Is it any serious condition like testicular cancer ?
