Kidney Problems

USG examination found the stones in Ureter and Kidney when my In-Laws advised by the doctor to perform USG. Doc suggested some medicine for a month and again asked to perform USG. Reports are attached before and after medication. Can anyone suggest whether I should move ahead of medication or need to operate it . Please suggest whether it's at all possible to get away with medication only. Thanks

I am 40 years and 3 months old male. I have addicted for masturbation for last four years and doing it regularly on daily basis. On june 27th, sperm comes with blood without pain. I have seen blood first three days. Then I gave rest for one week and did masturbation but this time semen looked brownish color. Then have five days rest . Now semen looked completely white for the two consecutive days. But I had little brownish semen when I did masturbation and had intercourse too for the next two days. But I am having mild pain at the lower abdomen (just above the bladder). This pain is lasting for me for the past 2.5 years occasionally that too i am getting it while standing long time mostly. I am continuously experiencing a discharge that resembles dirt around my private area every time I urinate, and I'm unsure why this is happening.

I am having this issue from the past 3-4 days where I am going for urination for around 15-16 times a day. Sometimes I have to go 4 times within an hour. The KFT and Urinary Routine test comes ok. Having H1bac 6.4, Fasting Sugar 103, Mean Blood Glucose 137 and Random Blood Sugar 166. Diagnosed with 3.1 mm Kidney Stone in Left Kidney. I have visited the urologist, he has provided me Mirago 25 and Voxiease. and now added FesoBig 4 and Anti Biotics along with them. I have become mentally exhausted. Urination Frequency is still the same but I have to put pressure for urinating completely which is not the case earlier. Also, I have a dry mouth and stiffness on both side of the back. The doctor has added one more medicine today. Current Medicine - Voxiease(3 times), Mirago 25 (1time), FesoBig 4 (1 time), DSR (1time), Cefiglide (2 times), Niftaprime (2time), Alfoo(1time) Can someone suggest what exactly is happening? Does these much medicine with high urine frequency are safe ?

My daughter who is 1 year and 3 months old, had 3 repeated UTI’s in the last 3 urine and culture tests. There were no symptoms like fever or irritation during urination in the last 2 episodes, however the report shown infection.   Last time doctor had advised us to give plenty of fluids ( water ) and we taken it very seriously and gave a lot of water from this afternoon.  Because of that she is urinating once in every 30 minutes . Is this because of water we give to her or any other issues. During the 1st episode of UTI, doctor had asked us to take an Ultra Sound Scan and the scan came out very nomal. When having an erection if the foreskin is pulled backwards even a little I feel some discomfort. It's not very painful but it's not a pleasurable experience also.
