I done urine test and it's showing puss cell 1-2 hcf, epithelial cells 0-1 hcf and all parameters are ok. But some time during urination i feel my penis head warm 1-2 times a day and also sometimes penis head pain.

For past four years uric acid level is always low below normal range.. 2022 -1.9 2023-1.8 2024-1.9 2025-1.6 No symptoms Whether it is problem???

My lft is normal. Kft bicarbonate is 20 and urea is 15. No symptoms. Only gastritis. Taking some antacids and vitamin b 12 ( having geographic tongue). Now stopped. My vitamin b12 is 849. I'm worried.
