On my penis area around head , I had white skin like substance, every morning I try to remove it and clean it but in past few days it is painful(burning sensation ), like  burning like feeling while removing, and whenever I pull the skin backwards to clean it  it burns and it's painful whenever penis erected?? Please help

Earlier the pain was on the upper side, now it has started to move down a bit, near the navel, after the taken prescribed medicine like alkasol , cremaffin plus, cyra d, urispas, drotin ds , irisco q, Please tell me any one why their location changed and location of pain also present in upper abdomen just below the chest. From last 3 to 4 days I feel pain in testies. No injury or swolen symtoms. Pain decreases after wearing breif and ice cubes and now after 4 days no pain while sitting walking, and sleeping but pain while running. Can you pls tell me why it is happend? Hi I m having recurrent urine infection since 2 years some times my urine reports are normal but still having burning in urine so many times I had taken antibiotics after finishing my course I had a relief but after some days it happens again last time my culture report shows ecoli bacteria so I get antibiotics and get relief also but after 1 month I m having again same problem but at that time urine reports are normal I m getting frustrated what should I do .mostly it happens after protected Intercourse we change our protection brand also as my dr.suggested but nothing will change , even my diabetes and usg reports are also normal but burning and pain in urine history still here . Plz suggest what should I do I visited gynecologist also but nothing change plz help me with permanent solution.
