Kidney Problems

I have been having severe pain in my urethra last couple of weeks it's like a severe muscle pull because of which I can barley sit . My pelvic USG has been clear however my periods have been delayed by a week and I am passing black stools . I have been advised to go for a DRE and a pelvic examination can you pls advise 1. Where can I get a DRE done in Bangalore 2. Where can I get a pelvic examination done in Bangalore Are both these tests needed ?

Frequent urge to urinate after 15 mins..eventually some drops of urine come out..and discomfort near anus region too..also penis tip also..done the urine culture found puss cells are high I have attached the report to kindly guide me..I m totally feeling discomfort also current medicines are Ciplar LA 20 mg – Propranolol Hydrochloride (Long-acting) 2. Parona 25 mg – Paroxetine Hydrochloride 3. Etivin 0.25 mg – Etizolam 4. Ceteip L 5 mg – Levocetirizine 5mg 5. multi vitamin daily and d3 60k iu and limcee 500mg once a week

I have a small  cyst on the  head of the right Epididymis observe from 14 -15days and inflamation of right epididymis diagonise by scrotum usg test which make me feel discomfort from 20 -21 days And From Uroflowmatric test a uroflowmetric obstruction seen in the report where avarage flow rate of urin in 8 ml/s.After these reports and discomforts make me feel very panic in nowdays as i have a open apendix surgery  before around 5years ago 😥. What can i do and plese make me confarm that there is no need to worry about that or any panic situation and need not to go for any surgery(as i have a truma as early before )😥. How i recover soon from this situation with proper treatment .Plz help me doctors...😥 you are the god for the paitients ...🙏🙏.

I have a cyst in scrotum with less size filled with yellow type fluid previously  also but after pressing with time yellow type fluid come out. But now it is difficult for me to compress the cyst.its size increase and taking antibiotics its pain increase and become reddish type

My son, 7 weeks old, has mild hydronephrosis in his left kidney (APD 9.9mm) as per usg done at 6 weeks of age. We went for EC renal scan which shows left kidney functioning at 53% , kidney appears normal in size andlocation. Perfusion and cortical uptake are preserved. Photopenic area is seenin the PCS, filling up in serial images and showing no significant drainagetill the completion of dynamic study. Significant tracer retention is seen inthe PCS in delayed image acquired at 4 hrs. Right kidney is absolutely normal, functioning at 47% What are the chances of this resolving without surgery? If surgery is must, then how long can it be delayed? Who is best the paediatric surgeon in Delhi/Noida?
