Kidney Problems

Is this report normal...or do i need further investigation. i am bit worried about this...My BUN creatanine is 7 which is low...blood urea, blood urea nitrogen, sodium everything is on lower side...chloride is higher.

Asked for patient Aged 62,Male. Currently having UTI symptoms so took ultrasound and urine culture plus few more tests ,All tests were normal but in Scan it was Highlighted this patient has 5cm * 6cm Large Simple exophytic cyst in right kidney ,My query is whether we have to go for laproscopic surgery straight away or we can wait and watch .Awaiting replies from experts!! Note : Patient has No symptoms except some Bloating /Gas ,attached scan report with this Message ,Thank you !!

I have operated kidney stone surgery in 2022, in the year 2023 I have done my USG kub which shows POST VOID RESIDUAL 25CC,. Yesterday I did my USG kub with pvr which shows pre void - 600cc, post void - 79cc, as per report significant pvr. But my local urologist says it is a normal report because often a person cannot pass out full urine. Please guide me properly.

I have been struggling with elevated Uric acid levels since two years , however I do moderate exercise and take medication febutaz 40 for a month and same went to 7.6 from 9.2 , I have avoided high protein diet since 6 months and feel a lot of weakness .
