Kidney Problems

I gave birth last year in April. It was a normal delivery. My pelvic muscles got so week that I was unable to feel urine pressure or to control my urine. It would pass involuntarily till the time I reach bathroom. This issue was resolved gradually within a month. Fast forward to one year, last night while i was sleeping, i was changing sides and realised that i was completely wet and my urine was all over the bed and i did not feel any pressure or urine passing. It has since then left me in shock. This has never happened before not even in my post partum recovery. What could be the issue?

Doctor I have severe stomach pain and the pain also in the right flank. Stomach is feeling very heavy. While urinating feeling pain also. Have severe urinary incontinence. I am too much prone to kidney stones always Request you to interpret the CT report and if you can kindly advise me the best what has to be done

Symptoms- 1. Feels like want to pee hard but when go to pee does not come 2. ⁠severe stabing pain in left side of lower abdomen and lower back Radiating from back to tail bone and groin 3. ⁠Heavyness in left side of lower abdomen from 2-3 weeks 4. ⁠Heart pain sometimes 5. ⁠dark yellow urine

Thursday at 4:30 pm I took a long time pill yet now im not getting my sperm and my penis is still longer then the usual size

I m suffering from uncontrolled urin in last 3 months frequently and pain in urin space plz guide why its happing? what is the cause? what are the test to identify the problem.
