Hi Doctor, I’m Rahul. I’ve been facing premature ejaculation for a few months, and had erection issues during the first time with my new partner. Since then, erections are mostly fine, but I overthink before sex — whether I’ll last or get an erection — and that causes early ejaculation. My testosterone, sugar, and cholesterol are normal, but Vitamin D and B12 are low, for which I’m taking weekly nano shots. 1. What could be the cause of pre-cum and premature ejaculation, if testosterone is normal? 2. Can Vitamin D be taken weekly long-term, as it helps with testosterone and erections? Thanks, Rahul

My daughter had urine infection ,and so many iv injection medicine and now doctors said urine in clear Even though urine frequency is reduced My daughter whenever drinks lot of water goes every half an hour to washroom If limits water intake then can control for atleast 3 hours But not yet come to normal ,has a feel to pee if not distracted... I have given  for culture test Her scan showed internal echoes shows bladder minimal wall thickening 5.8 mm suggestive of cystitis ...does she need to take any medicine for cystitis

Hello doctor, I recently had my first UTI, and since then, I keep noticing a shiny film in my urine. What’s worrying me the most is that two different urine cultures showed two different bacteria, and in my last urine test, albumin was traced. Now I’m very anxious to repeat the test fearing I might see + or ++ protein. I know testing is the solution, but anxiety is stopping me and making me imagine worst-case scenarios like kidney problems. It’s affecting my mental peace a lot. Kindly guide me on what tests I should do to rule out anything serious and move forward calmly.

Sir/Madam From last few days I am having foamy urine. Not having any other symptoms like swelling or fever. Feel like urge to pee. Had done KFT and Urine routine and reports were normal. GP gave be Norflox 400 and Flagyl 200 for 7 days but still foamy urine and urge to pee is there. Please help

Getting frequent urinary infection that too after pee I will have burning sensation .Visited many hospitals they are saying nothing is there just cystitis swell due to some food(they are saying u have to know one of the food is triggering ) .Drinking plenty of water but will get this burning sensation every 15days .Whats the problem .

Hi sir / medam, While doing sex within 10 seconds sperm releasing and also in 24 hours only 1 time only able to do sex. Some times while doing sex also penis not getting strong If penis came to normal size again not getting strong . While doing romance also full wet coming on penis . If penis changed to normal size again not getting strong. What is the problem can you please tell me.
