I don't feel the urge to go toile. "I haven't felt the urge to go to the toilet for 3-4 days. When my lower abdomen feels full, I go to the washroom, but I have to concentrate for 3-4 minutes before I'm able to pass my pee,, Please explain what's happening with me."

I have been suffering from foreskin tightness for a few days, before that my fore skin was good to retract. But after some laceration on foreskin leads to tightness on that and now it's difficult to retract over. 10 days back i did piles removal surgery, I'm taking pain killers like tramadol, diclofenac and some times nimesulide; so i haven't mind it for sometime but now this becomes major in routine. I'm a 14-year-old male (born Aug 1, 2010). I was circumcised at age 4–5. At 9–10, I accidentally injured my penis while sleeping face-down with an erection, leading to a permanent leftward curve and currently no pain but some discomfortness. I can get erections with stimulation, but muscle-only "lifts" feel weak. I’ve also developed bumps and dryness, likely from over-washing. I’ve never ask a doctor about this but am now worried—about function, pain, and fertility. Could this be chordee or scar tissue? Should I try Kegels, hormone tests, or wait? Are there non-surgical treatments, or should I expect surgery after puberty? When I wear zip pants The zipper on my pants pricks my penis. I see this not happen to anybody. I want to develop normally and be healthy like others an I'm very worried about its appearance maybe an scar tissue damaged or anything else. Thank you for your expertise. This issue has troubled me deeply, and I’m grateful for your guidance despite my financial worries.
