Hello doctor, I think I may have phimosis. My foreskin does not pull back at all over the head of my penis. There is no pain, swelling, or infection, but it has always been this way. I feel burning inflammation while urinating and feel like pee again and again but this is only happen when I feel sexually aroused and masturbate for sometime. I have also IBD and focal mucosal inflammation disease which I take medicine for that. But why this burning sensation while urinating feel? And feel like want to pee again and again?

74 yr male, Hypertension. Has vertigo history.  Since few days BP remains low. Feels dizzy at times. No diabetes. Has low back pain. Nocturia. Rare pain in urination. Normal flow. Recent diagnosis of prostate 33 cc in usg.  Increased echogenicity bilateral renal parenchyma. PSA 0.503.  Creatinine 1.4. Urine RM occasional pus cells. No other urology test done. 1) Is there a serious condition? 2) Can this be cured? 3) What treatment is suggested?
