I've bladder outlet obstruction.i undergone laser bni surgery in September.but my surgery got failed.i am getting strained everytime while passing urine.and urine is remained everytime.how to control this problem

Hi ,My daughter had frequent urination and. Complained pain while urinating and color of urine is yellow and some mild reddish color.Consulted paediatric and he suggested to urine routine and culture and urine routine report having pus cells 45. Doctor suggested to start Zifi 100Dt tablet twice to my daughter 10 days.Just my question is is this tablet safe antibiotic for kids.? We are waiting for Culture report.
