Kidney Problems

Hi My father has burning sensation in urine and urine thinning from past 2 months, doctor advised to to PSA test, in which the result outcome of PSA is 90.330. Screenshot attached above Please advise what it indicates? And suggest what to do further?

More than 3 to 4 times urination while sleeping at night sometimes more than 5 to 6 times I have to go for urination

I'm feeling like the urgency of peeing just after peeing. There's also a pain right after I pee .. but that goes away later on .. everytime I go pee this happens.. there this feeling that my bladder is not empty even tho It is.

I'm having this penis infection for more than a year now and I have showed this to many doctors but they don't even now what is this infection. This is getting worse after the intercourse and it hurts a lot after that. Can anyone please tell me what is this infection and how to cure it.

Feeling like bloating in the stomach from last few months. It's increases after having a meal. Took a full body test. Everything was normal but cholesterol was high and urea in kidney was low. Consulted a doctor, he gave the medicine for pus cell and said urea will fix itself.

Lately, ive been noticing that my left testicles feels smaller than my right when i feel it . Although physically it doesn't have significant size difference in comparison. Stillzl, the size is noticable in between them. Also when i touch it there is some kind of lump like feel in the left testicle and kind of gives a very slight pain when i try to press its.but, this problem is not persistent with the right one. I had nerve problems there because of an injury(not in the testes. But the legs). Its also persistent there. So, its really uncomfortable nowadays. I feel down because of all this pain.

Weak erection from past two days before that strong erection I was masturbating suddenly weak erection occured

I am suffering from urine infection since last 1 year. I have pain in my kidneys. I have lost a lot of weight. I consulted many doctors, took antibiotics which are culture sensitive, even after taking those antibiotics it did not get cured. I got relief only for 2 or 3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. I also consulted an ayurvedic doctor, banshil tablet, gokhshuradi gugglu, chandraprabha vati, punarnavasav shothari mandoor, Trinamool kwath, cystone forte tablet, sukshma triphala. I have taken all these medicines but even with these only. I got relief for 2-3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. Now I have got an ultrasound done, in which a 3mm stone was found in the right lower pole of the kidney, everything else is normal. Please help me.

Sometimes when I have sex with my wife  my penis becomes loose. It does not become fully erected.My sex life is getting ruined.
