I am frequently getting brown / tea coloured urine after a workout or during early morning. This has been occuring occasionally for past one month for me . What's the medical action i need to take now ?

Problem with body - musculoskeletal pain in ribs chest joint poping sound from joint. Neck down for long time - dizziness but not yet felt down on some movement dizziness goes off.
