LEUCOCYTE ESTERASE PRESENT in Urine analysis History of PCOS, Lower abdomen pain since 2-3 days Please suggest

Hi , I have high puss. I am 33weeks pregnant . In my first trimester it was 20-30 now in eighth month of pregnancy it's gone to 94. Epithelial cells are normal, nitrite shows positive. But I have no complaints about passing urine nor do I have any pain . I have done a culture today. Baby weight is proper. Does it harm my baby or me. Pls help.

I have been masturbating two-three times a month since last one year. Now I have started facing problems like strong smell in urine. Even the smell comes on the underwear. After urinating some sticky drops comes out. I have to urinate frequently. Urge to urination within 5 minutes of urinating. I urinate 4-5 times at night. I have nocturnal emission after every 10 days. Whenever i talk to any girl sticky liquid comes out within 5 minutes.

For the past day, I have been experiencing frequent and uncontrollable urination. I have needed to urinate 4–5 times within a interval of just 2–3 hours during the working day, and I find myself unable to control the pressure of it. Each time I urinate, I feel some relief but also a burning sensation, sometime it is stronger. Along with this, since yesterday I have been feeling dehydrated, yawning excessively, and experiencing frequent hiccups and burping despite drinking a large amount of water. I also feel nauseous. In the last five days I started taking two psychiatric medications prescribed by my neuropsychiatrist: Samzep 0.5 and Fluoxetine. Yesterday, I also had excessive acidity and a sensation of internal heat, which made me drink even more water than usual. My kidney functions well since in a year i took twice usg, kft test. Hi. I have a small bumpy lump in scrotum for a long time. On Friday, that became more like blister and slightly enlarged. It slightly hurts now. When I squeeze that, a creemy colured semisolid came out of it from the middle. Now that became reddish with white point in the middle. What's the next step?

I felt sudden pain from today morning in between pelvis and kidney area . When I walk it gives pain and when I press. What could be the reason . My urine is normal and little constipation i have these days. What scan should I try and when.

For the past year, I have noticed bubbles in my urine.  In Jan, complete blood work and urine R/M were normal, including KFT and HbA1c.  Abdominal ultrasound was also normal then.  Recently repeated tests on 20 Sept 25: UACR, 24-hr urine protein, KFT, HbA1c, BSF—all normal.  BP consistently 110/70 mmHg.  Height: 5’8”, Weight: 74 kg.  Recent results:  BSF: 87, HbA1c: 5.2 ;  24-hr urine protein: 110.2 mg/day, Protein: 2.90 mg/dL, Total volume: 3800 mL;  UACR: 2.12 mg/gm.Creatinine , MicroAlb-0.13 mg/dl, Urinary Creatinine -61.22 mg/dl; Lifestyle: brisk walk 32 min + strength training 45 min 5 day a week.  Diet: vegetarian, protein ~70 g/day from sprouts, milk, paneer; No Protein Powders or Supplements.  ALL REPORTS ARE ATTACHED HEREWITH.  With all reports being Normal do I need to worry about bubbles? Please help 🙏
