Severe Premature ejaculation
I am a 21-year-old male with premature ejaculation. Ejaculation occurs within about 30 seconds of stimulation. This problem has been present for a long time. I do not have pain, discharge, erectile problems, or any other medical illness. I am not currently sexually active.
I would like medical advice on treatment options for premature ejaculation. Is taking a low dose of sertraline appropriate and safe in such cases? If yes, what duration is usually recommended?
