Kidney Problems

I'm a 27-year-old male. My urine ACR and routine microscopy reports are normal. I occasionally notice a small amount of semen-like discharge in my urine, but it's not regular. However, foamy urine is persistent. There are no other symptoms like pain or burning. What could be the reason? Should I undergo further tests like 24-hour protein or semen analysis?

My urine culture is negative but i have 2-3 pus cells with epethellial cells 5-7 hpf...is it normal or do ineed to have furher test after this...

Sir, from few days I noticed my urin like cloudy ,bubble type.and in morning last few drop comes like milky white liquid .felling little lower back pain also. Suggest me some test and tell me is it too serious or not. What medicine I have to take.

Albumin trace and pus cells 6-8 /hpf. Is everything normal or any infection? please tell me. I have no High BP, no diabetic. Anal fistula infection is there. 2mm few renal stones are there. FYI

I've been having sharp pain while urinating and obstruction in the flow. I feel as if the flow is very less and feels like bladder was not empty. Now I see some white color sticky discharge coming from my penis and it feels awkward. Is this some infection, if yes then is it serious? And how will it be cured?

I got ultrasound test done two times . It showed one time.. Post void residual volume 36ml and another time, it was 42 ml. What is the normal urine left in bladder in adult males? Because I read everywhere that it's around 10-20ml in 95% of the adult males.
