Acute gastroenterisis
My son 6 year 9 month old was having diaherra and vomiting for 2 days the doctor advised foradmission to the hospital his urine test showed kerone bodies + + he was tired after 1 day he got discharged he again had diaherra three times.then his diaherra stopped .after two day of that i again checked his urine  he didnt drink water urine was concentrated it showed ketone bodies + + protein + blood present .after 4 days i gave him lemon water in the night and next morning i gave half glass of water and checked for his second urine and the report was normal .so should i do the test again o the report is normal

Do nothing ..the changes were mostly due to dehydration ...
