Urgency to pee along with blood in your urine usually points to a urinary tract infection, and the back pain you're having can mean it has reached the kidney, not just the bladder. A urine routine and culture test will confirm this and show which antibiotic is needed.
Next Steps
Please get a urine routine and culture done today and see a gynaecologist or physician, who can start treatment while the culture result comes in. Drink plenty of water through the day.
Health Tips
Go in urgently if you develop fever, chills, or vomiting, since that can mean the infection has reached the kidney.
