Your blood urea, BUN and uric acid are a little higher than typical reference ranges. Your eGFR of 72 is also mildly below normal. Together these suggest your kidney function has dipped slightly since February, though your calcium and urine protein look fine. This is not an emergency, but it is worth a proper review rather than just repeating the test.
Next Steps
A physician or nephrologist can review both reports together. They will also check your hydration, blood pressure and any new medicines you have started. A urologist is usually needed only if there is a stone or structural issue, which these numbers alone do not suggest.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you notice reduced urine output, swelling in your legs, or persistent nausea.
