I have a lot of weight around my belly and also in my thighs...I do not experience erections ( my main concern) besides my legs are also weak and easily acquire cramps...I do not have good sleep at night...what may be the problem with me and how do I fix it

Hi, I am suffering from penis burning and pain mostly after urination I have consulted one of my urologist and my condition is fully not resolved, sometimes I am suffering from bladder pain, sometimes from lower back pain left , request assist on the same. I am on medication flokind 0.4 and cap dutas, my sonography report was normal with pvr 71cc.

After ejaculation my penis is paining or feel burning sensation during urination.Some times pain in anus and pubic area also.I consult a urologist who prescribed a antibiotic and I take that medicine five days but my problem do not solved.What should I do? Please Help me.

I am suffering from frequent urination and less urination from last 1 month my reports ultra sound are all normal some dr are saying it is related pelvic floor muscle and some are saying stricture I am taking alfuzosine after taking medicine flow is coming fine but without that flow reduces please suggest my what should I do and how long should I take alfuzosine medicine.
