I went through an open circumcision on 10th March, The doctor said it's alright 90% is recovered and there is no infection and the doctor told me to stop my medication. The course of medicine is completed. But i am having this, is it normal

Hi, I have undergone circumcision surgery 1 week ago, currently I am seeing infection in my glans around urine pass whole. Is it a fungle infection?

I have done ultrasound in that report right kidney is 80mm and left kidney is 110 my right kidney is smaller from birth, no other major issues I have done blood  creatinine levels report attached, I have done urine culture and routine both are negative but when I go to urine after urination it will be burning for few hours and it will go off, again after urination it will burn for some hours, I have done urine routine no infection I have done urine culture no infection I have creatinine levels test it's normal but why the burning sensation.

I have irritable bowel syndrome and over active urinary bladder prblm since childhood. But taking allopathy medicine no improved but lot of side effect so I took ayurvedic medicine which works for urine incontinence. But now my creatinine is 6.2 . Is this reversible kidney prblm if I go dialysis???
