Why is it happening and what to do?
For past few months I feel my erection has gone weak and recently it's worsened. My libido is weak, i hardly feel horny, now not even adult videos do anything.  And no matter what I do with diet and workout, i can't seem to lose weight. I also have anxiety problems. I have only one testicle I have hypothyroidism I am 5'7 with 96 kg so obese My report on 22 sept Hemoglobin 15.7 g/dL TSH 4.17 µIU/mL FSH 4.91 mIU/mL LH 7.37 mIU/mL Prolactin 3.21 ng/mL Estradiol 56.94 pg/mL Testosterone total 324.49 ng/dL I consulted with the doctor on practo but he dismissed me by saying everything is in my mind and all reports are normal. I felt ignored.   So my report on 20 october, one month after previous one   Hemoglobin 14 g/dL Estradiol 63.06 pg/mL Testosterone 255.86 ng/dL In one month my estradiol have gone up and testosterone goes down. I am not sexually active, but still I am not feeling horny, i can't even do masterbation. Please help with erection, libido, anxiety, weight loss.

You are correct. Your testosterone is low and estradiol is high. For short term you need medicines to increase testosterone and decrease estradiol. For long run, you need to reduce your weight.
