Iam 29years old 7 days back I got stinging pain in penis while urination and some blood and pain went away from afternoon next day at afternoon I observed blood after urination but no pain I visited urologist and did ultrasoundkub, urine test and serum creatinine test but everything came normal when iasked doctor he said may be due to body heat can anyone say what might have happened

My age-45, Male. During ejaculation after masturbation the first semen was normal but then I saw some blood with semen. I feared then I urinated but there was no blood in urine. Then I masturbated once more to check. There was completely no blood in semean. Then I masturbated 3rd time to check. Same normal semen first and then blood like first masturbation episode. But now I saw a wound on the external part on my penis and got to know blood might be coming from it. I am not sure whether that wound was there or not during first episode. I am much afraid of cancer. Is there any fear?

I have been diagnosed with bilateral renal calculus in right lower ureteric calculi The doctor has advised me to take TAB ALFOO Alfuzosin 10 mg after dinner. I took this medicine for 3 days, however after taking this medicine for 3 days I feel I have erection issues, I want to know does this medicine cause any issues in my sexual life, i recently got married and planning for baby, please advise if I should take this medicine or is there are any side effects on sexual wellness

I am 28 now but began masturbating at age 13  with high frequency and frequent ejaculation often clenched pelvic muscles strongly during masturbation,  from age 17 I started regular porn use. Over time I developed fear of ejaculating quickly and practiced edging for long durations, mainly with porn. In my early 20s I became  focused on ejaculation control. During a relationship I experienced performance anxiety and used viagra during intercourse but ejaculate very quickly. Gradually erections became less strong even with porn as i used mustard oil for warmth and uses o-grip to get real sex feeling and fear of ED comes. past 2–3 years  noticed reduced libido, fewer random erections. Morning erections normal but fades as i get out of bed   . Erections fluctuate with attention and stress. Currently erections are possible but inconsistent, libido feels 0 zero. if tried to masturbate erection imagination doesn't help much out of 10 6 times works but dont get hard erection as i used to.

I am a male experiencing frequent urination, sometimes up to 4-5 times in one hour. Each time the urine amount is normal. There is no burning, pain, fever, blood, bad smell, or cloudiness. I do not wake up at night to urinate once I fall asleep. My urine color is light/clear. This started recently. I usually sleep late and do not drink a lot of water. No other symptoms.

I’m a 24-year-old male. Last year, I had post-ejaculatory pain and was diagnosed with an E. coli infection in my semen. I completed the prescribed antibiotic course, and the infection has resolved, but the pain persists. I am currently taking Alfuzosin intermittently along with Absomega Q10 tablets. Should I continue with this medication, or consider a different approach?

Prostate is enlarged and measures 30.4cc in size,  grade-1. asper ultrasound report.  please suggest me treatment.

Hii , I am Raising this Concern as I m Worried Lot about my Private Part , as I Have Noticed Various Issues with it which I Have Listed Below are as : 1) Small Size : - My Private Part Measures upto ( 2 Inches - When Flaccid , Relaxed ) Whereas when it's Erect it Measures Upto (3.5 Inches) 2) Testicular Size & Might Varicocele : I Have Noticed the Size of My Testicles are Very Small and From Previous 2 Years , I think I have Get Affected with Varicocele as per my research it means Imbalance of Testicles and Veins Arteries Visible ( Improper Squats ) 3) PI , PME : I Have Noticed my timings are Very Much Less , which Comes on the Range of Pre Mature Ejaculation ( Under 1 Min Whole Scenario ) Hyprsensation I m Lot Worried About it as I am Still Young & within 3 , 4 yrs my Marriage days will come , how would I Hold on to My relationship with Such Important Issues Unsolved . Hoping Detailed Answers from the Specialist for My Better Clarification and fr taking things seriously .
