Hello, i am 27 yrs male with no known medical problems except GERD. I checked my FBS, HbA1c, kidney function and urine test, everything came out to be normal, as got verified by GP. I don't take any medicine. Only issue I face is at night I need to urinate multiple times, during the day the frequency is normal but at night even if I am sleeping, I get up and go to urinate. It happens regularly and 2-3 times at night which completely disturbs my sleep. GP sir told it's something psychological. Please suggest some remedies.

I want to check if this is normal, after getting hard i have noticed my foreskin doesnt fully retract, it goes beyond the tip but it doesnt go back fully, sometimes it hurts while getting intimate, sometimes it doesnt, it is normal and retracts fully when its normal but it does not when i'm erect. Is this normal and supposed to be like this only?

I'm having trouble while peeing, I can't pee completely like it leaves me feeling uncomfortable and feels like I still need to pee this is very irritating and I have wait in washroom for 10-15 mins

Dear Doctor, Stapler circumcision was done 16 days ago, after one week during morning errection the bottom side stitches was teared, now the skin is opened. The penis shaft is now visible, Currently I'm applying T Bact cream. I've provided image for your evaluation. Will it heal on its own? New skin will be formed or not? I'm very much worried about it. 18-19 days before my scrotum behind spermatic cord started paining gradually it's became sharp throughout to the waist. I took megacelo sp and zocef 500 for 5 days . But pain not totally goes away while I touched spermatic cord it's hurts and slightly pressure on the inguinal and scrotum area during bus travel and wear a pant its paining. Also after masterbation and nightfall its paining more.i did USG shows normal.
