Dear sir, Cystoscopy with Right URS with lithotripsy and DJ stenting done, But most urgent urine come .. over irritating private part and also urine .. my kidney is ok

I have consulted dr. and he prescribed me cystone and but I am worried cause sometimes pain comes back and go. Will it be pass naturally.

I have been noticing for 2-3 months that whenever I masterbate i find blackish substance on my penis  around the tip. I don't know if the discharge is from penis or from the skin. But the tip area has a blackish substance. What is it? And is it concerning I have a history of masterbation and have black lesions on my penis too. Tell me what it can be. I have attached a pic.

I felt two ganth inside my penis ,one is big and one is very small as I can feel not exact size.i don't have any other symptoms like pain... curvature erection prblm... nothing.only problem is that I found these two ganth and I'm worried about this ..I consulted a urologist...he said..it is Payronies disease and suggest to go for ultrasound with name written by him as "small part". should I go for ultrasound or not as on reading I found that ultrasound consist of some complicated problem.
