Tingling sensation in right testicle.
A weird tingling sensation and heaviness in right testicle. It started after a long scooter ride and subsequently sitting on a hard bench. Nothing particular triggered it, but it just started all of a sudden. It has been twenty days and it is on and off for a few days, it feels a lot, and for a few days it feels less. There is no structural damage or redness or swelling, but the feeling won't go away, no matter what is done. Sometimes ice helps, but it comes back on its own. Also, it is very random as such no particular moment or position triggers or calms it down.

Persistent testicular heaviness or tingling warrants evaluation by a urologist. A physical examination and, if needed, a scrotal ultrasound can help identify the cause and guide treatment.
