Testicle pain and burning sensation
Hello Doctor,
I am a 33-year-old male. Last year (April 2024), I experienced left testicle pain and burning sensation while urinating. I was diagnosed with a parasitic infection and was prescribed Ofloxacin + Ornidazole, along with other supportive medicines.
At that time, I also had two urine tests, but no bacteria was found in either.
Now, I am having similar symptoms again — increasing pain in my left testicle and burning sensation during urination.
I have not taken any medicine yet.
Kindly advise the further course of action.
