Burning Sensation on male organ Tip
1. Chronic UTI/Urethritis since May 2025; severe, 24-hour burning at male organ tip. Ciplox 500mg, Razo D, K Cit started 3 days ago aren't relieving pain. What next? 2. High risk: Have Type-2 Diabetes (Amaryl 1mg, Galvus 50mg) & Hypertension (Telma 20mg) but restricted to 1 meal/day due to finances. How to prevent hypoglycemia/BP spikes? 3. Also on Petril Beta 0.5, Thyronorm 100, Rozavel 10. Any dangerous interactions with new UTI meds?

Persistent severe burning despite treatment needs urine culture, diabetes control review, and urologist evaluation. Ciprofloxacin may take a few days but chronic symptoms since 2025 need further assessment. With one meal/day, monitor for hypoglycemia (especially with Amaryl). No major dangerous interactions with the listed medicines, but seek urgent care if fever, urinary retention, severe weakness, or low blood sugar symptoms occur.
