In the past i have suffered with recurrent utis At present at cystitis what is the reason behind this and when can i be back normal to how iam like before i mean main complaint is frequent urination like once for an 2hrs like this and it increases with if i take spicy food or outside food no active infection showing cue test how can i get rid of this situation?

Did laser circumcision and frenuloplasty 11 days ago. Very difficult control my night time erection. Due to this the wound healing is delaying. Some times after bath blood is also coming. I am little nervous if the stitches will break or not. I am having chymoral forte and Enzoflam SP tablets. What to do to avoid night time erection and any medicine is available or not to avoiderection temporarily. I couldn't sleep properly due to this. Any solution for this ?

I am a 26-year-old male. Since the last few days I am having mild clear/white penile discharge, mostly in the morning. The discharge has a mild smell, is non-sticky, and no pus.
