Persistent itchy bump on scrotal skin fo
Hello Doctor. I am a 22-year-old male. I have had itching on my scrotum for about 10 days. There is a small bump on the scrotal skin, and it is the most itchy area. The bump moves with the skin, while the testicle feels smooth and moves separately. I do not have severe pain, fever, pus, redness, or white flaky skin. The itching becomes worse when I wear tight jeans and sometimes at night. I am concerned about what this could be and whether it is a skin condition such as folliculitis, dermatitis, or a fungal infection, or if it needs further evaluation. I have attached photos.

The symptoms are more suggestive of a skin-related issue than a problem with the testicle. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid tight clothing and scratching, and get examined if the itching persists, the bump increases in size, becomes painful, or there is discharge.
