Kidney stone 5.6mm size
Hi Doctor, I have a question about my latest ultrasound report. It mentions a 5.6mm stone on the left side (VUJ calculus). I’m a bit worried about the 'back pressure' mentioned in the report. Does this need urgent treatment, or can I pass it with medication? Please let me know what I should do next ??

A 5.6 mm VUJ stone often passes on its own. "Back pressure" means the stone is partially blocking urine flow. Please consult soon to assess the degree of obstruction and decide the next step, especially if you have severe pain, fever, or reduced urine output.
