What can stop nightfall it cause hairfal
It started with recurring bacterial urine infections. Now my urine routine test and urine culture are normal, but I still have a persistent burning sensation.
For the last 3 years, I also haven’t had a morning erection at all, and I’m experiencing nightfall almost every night.
Has anyone experienced something similar, especially with normal urine tests and culture? What could explain these symptoms, and which type of doctor should I see?
