In 2018 I used atomoxetine 100mg very well for my adhd I didn't have any side effects then.
3 years back I had recurring urine bacterial infection,later urologist did prostate massage and collected urine sample after that I never had urine bacterial infection, but ultrasound shows mild prostate enlargement,I don't have problem in urine starting or any other symptoms,I only symptom I have now urine burning sensation
If I take atomoxetine even at lowest dosages 20mg it causes urine retention,why?can someone please explain why I need to use atomoxetine for my ADHD
I have two questions and looking for multiple options
1.due I have now urine retention caused by atomoxetine due to mild enlargement prostate or recurring urine bacterial infection damaged any bladder or urethra? Or something else?
2.which medicine will help most?
