Hi,My father underwent prostate removal surgery (RARP) for prostate cancer on 18 May 2026. After the surgery, we did a PSA test today, and the result came back as 0.55 ng/mL. Does this mean that the prostate cancer has returned? What should be the next steps? I am very worried.
