CT will help characterise the lesion found on ultrasound and will help in its management.
So yes you need it. Your serum creatinine is normal so it is safe to undergo CT. Like many other procedures there is some risk associated with it but the risk is very low and doctors are there to manage it if it occurs. So don't worry. Many patients undergo CT every day without any issues.
