Doubts About Kidney Stones
Hi Doctor Actually I have kidney stones in both kidneys: in left kidney the stone is 3mm and the right kidney stone is 3.5 mm. I have doubt that i am planning to start a gym so it needs enough amount of protein intake around 80gm daily. So can i take plant based protein daily because i am vegetarian for past 3 years. So i am confuses should i go to gym and start taking diet. I don't wanna take any supplement just pure diet. Please guide me what to do in this situation and if any suggestion regarding diet what to eat and what to not also tell. Thanks
