I have attached mri scan report
Right testis absent
Left testis is undecended testis
In semen analysis test showing Azoospermia
Bilateral seminal vesicles with mild hypoplastic with prominent cryst...but I don't feel any pain or symptoms
Hormonal balance test are normal
AMH report is normal
Inhibin b test report is normal
I have a concern that bcz of testis I have zero sperm count or from bilateral seminal vesicles I have zero sperm count...please clarify it

Your testis and seminal vesicle findings need review together, not separately. A fertility specialist and a urologist should look at your MRI, semen analysis and hormone reports as one picture.
