Regarding Blanitis. Sti tests or an in!

I had unprotected sexual intercourse once. Around 2–3 months later, I developed balanitis. At that time, the entire penis became very red, the skin started peeling/sloughing, and there was also pus/discharge. I consulted a homeopathic doctor and was given a cream, but I do not remember its name. The condition improved after using it. Since that episode, I have been having recurrent cuts/fissures on my frenulum. After masturbation, the penile skin becomes very red and the frenulum develops cuts. Even without masturbation, if I retract my foreskin, cuts can sometimes develop on the frenulum. I also experience itching at times. Currently, I am using Ketoconazole 2% w/w cream, but I still developed cuts on the frenulum. I was also recently prescribed Cefixime 200 mg + Ofloxacin 200 mg tablets.
