Hello doctors I have a 1 month daughter and breastfeeding her exclusively. I have piles and fissures from 8yrs. I always take acidnit30 when it gets worse. Can i take it now while breastfeeding her. Is it safe for baby?

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. My mother has early stage of cataract. The pupil of one eye is started becoming white. Now I got to know about cinneria eye drop for cataract.
