Cineraria eye drops are commonly used in homeopathic practice as supportive care in cases of early cataract and for general eye comfort. Since your mother has already been using the drops for 15 days, it would be better to continue monitoring her vision and response rather than frequently changing or adding medicines on her own.
Cataract occurs when the natural lens of the eye gradually becomes cloudy. In the early stage, when vision is still reasonably good, it is often possible to monitor the condition regularly and decide on further management according to its progression and effect on vision.
Since you have mentioned that the eye/pupil is becoming white, it is important to have this confirmed by an ophthalmologist, as not every whitish appearance of the eye necessarily represents the same condition. This will also help determine the appropriate follow-up.
Next Steps
Please have her undergo a comprehensive eye examination, including visual-acuity and slit-lamp assessment, and keep the reports for comparison during follow-up. You can also share the eye report and her present symptoms for more individualized guidance regarding supportive homeopathic management.
Health Tips
Avoid changing the frequency or combining multiple eye preparations without professional guidance. If there is sudden deterioration of vision, significant eye pain, marked redness, halos around lights, or a rapid change in the appearance of the eye, prompt ophthalmic evaluation is advisable.
Cineraria eye drops can be used as supportive treatment in early cataract. If you are using the drops, 2 drops in the affected eye(s), 3 times daily is a commonly used regimen. Continue for a few weeks and monitor vision; the duration can be adjusted according to the response. However, if the whitening of the pupil is increasing or vision is worsening, further evaluation is important.

In very early stages of cataract Cinneria eye drops can definitely help her in delaying cataract . She can use them in both eyes once a day safely for months .
Hello. Yes, Cineraria Maritima eye drops are widely used in homeopathy and can be helpful in early-stage cataracts by supporting circulation and helping maintain lens clarity, though individual results vary.
Since your mother has already been using them for the past 15 days, it is important to monitor her progress professionally.
Generally, they are used as 1–2 drops in the affected eye 2 to 3 times a day, but long-term continuous use without a proper case evaluation should be supervised.
