Will IBS b cured by electro homeopathy ? With digestive care drops and kaya drops is anxiety relieved in this ? Is there any danger of electro homeopathy medicines

I am attaching a pic. These rashes have been there across different areas on the body like in the groin area underarms, stomach and chest. It's not healing since 28 days. I have been using itraconazole 200 mg and soap and liloconazole cream along with anti fungal powder as prescribed by the doctor, also I purchased homeopathy medicines but not using it. Both the doctos I,e dermatologist and homeapthy doctor said it's tinea corporis/ Ringworm.  Also it has not spread to my partner. I just want to know what exactly it is ? Tinea corporis? Eczema or psoriasis or any other rash. Is it a sign of diabetes or an early symptom of HIV.

Hi, My son is around 3 years old and has a development delay. For a few weeks we have noticed that he put pressure on one corner of the eye with finger and then moved his both eyes to one corner and focused on objects which are little far. We visited the paediatric ophthalmologist today and he told us there is refractive error in both eyes and the dilated eye exam needs to be done after that he will be prescribed the number. Also, My kid had Dengue Shock Syndrome when he was 4-5 months old. How much do we need to worry about refractive error issues? Does he need to wear spect's lifetime? Does Dengue Shoch Syndrome have anything to do with this refractive error or my child's development delay?
