Hello, I would like to request an online consultation and examination regarding a condition affecting my penis. I have had Type 2 diabetes for the past 4 years, and over time I have noticed that the skin on my penis has become progressively harder. I have already consulted an allopathic doctor who suggested surgery as a treatment option. However, due to my religious beliefs, I would prefer to avoid surgical intervention if possible. I would like a  evaluation of my condition and guidance on any non-surgical treatment options that may be available.

What are the probable causes of Elevated liver enzyme Sgpt 158, Sgot 50, bilirubin 1.6 and at the same time eosinophil spike to 12%...after that Sgpt trending down to 88 and 63 and sgot down to 43, but the eosinophil is fluctuating, sometimes 4%, sometimes 7%, but the symptoms persists. USG whole abdomen, vit d, hepatits b and c, fbs, thyroid, creatinine, chest x ray, ecg all done and came back clear. But symptoms like loss of appetite, Chest pain/pressure, sounds in abdomen, weight loss, dot like blanching rash under feet is persistent. Previously there was also recurrent abdominal pain in different location, finger joint pain, heel pain, scapula pain and pain in back of throat. Now these are less. All are happening from last 5 months, didn't get any proper diagnosis. I never drink alcohol or smoke in life, and also my life style and food habit is balanced. I never have obesity. Please tell me what is happening because this thing totally disturbed my daily life,sure  something wrong.

I have pain and crackling sound in my knees And usually happens during movement like climbing stairs, pain is no there when stationary Can i be treated if yes then what medication? Please help!

Can parasitic infections present without diarrhea, vomiting and fever? As i mentioned before i have loss of appetite, red dot like blanching foot rash, weight loss, weakness, fatigue, feeling of sick, borborygmi, sometimes recurrent ear lock mainly at day time, recurrent chest pain/pressure, previously have joint pain/heel pain/back of throat pain/scapula pain those are not common now, also have pain in different abdominal location...Also mentioned that did test like ESR, Fbs, thyroid, creatinine, urea, chets x ray, ecg, usg whole abdomen, vitamin d, hepatitis b and c all are clear nothing abnormal, only in LFT Sgpt peaked 158 and eosinophil peaked 12% at same time and sgot 50, after that sgpt trending down to 88 then 63 and sgot trending down to 33 then 41, and eosinophil is fluctuating...from 12% to 4% then 7%...I have not used any medicine or allergy issue or fat...I just want to clear my doubts about parasite infection as in practo many said this but local doctors are denying this.

Is there any Neurologist or Opthalmologist which can tell what is exactly happening with me? I am seeing persistent afterimages of objects and text from phone, tv & laptop. Even afterimages of windows, grills, plaster of paris design. Also if I see a bulb look sideways then I see the shadow of the bulb which is normal but even if I close my eyes I see those bulbs and after opening my eyes the shadow of the bulb is again there for the Blink of second and it keeps happening 4-5 mins sometimes. It started happening from the past 2 months. My Retina check ups are normal I have got my eyes checked 25 days ago twice. I have too many floaters in both eyes. I am feeling helpless because of this issue. I don't want to lose my vision.  My MRI Brain is normal. I have no headache. I feel some heaviness in the brain sometimes and pain around the eyes of the socket.  I am having Bilypsa for fatty liver. Reduced my weight from 125 to 107 Kg in past 4-5 months.
