I am newly married woman,i feel extremely shyness feel in front of my husband,when my husband comes towards me i feel heart palpitations and anxious, how to do relation with husband i don't have knowledge about relationship please do help in this problem

I am having an irregular period of every 15 days  for past 2 month due to a simple cyst of 2.8 cm. I had a hormone tablet but stopped due to continuous vomiting and nausea and other side effects. I am not able to cope up with side effects. Can you please help if there is a permanent remedy in homeopathy to treat irregular early periods and simple.

Dear respected Homoeopathic Doctors, I was repeatedly getting UTI so got USG done and it showed 3mm kidney stone in the lower left calyx with mild hydronephrosis. Used NeeriKFT and after a month hydronephrosis was gone but the stone is still there. My family suggested me for Homeopathic treatment and I came across some popular remedies including Berberis Vulgaris which I hear performs well. I have mild pain on the left kidney 24/7 and it goes to my lower abdomen, thigh and left testicle as well. My question is can I take it (Berberis Vulgaris)in moderation for a month on my own? Hi, I have had acne since 9th–10th grade. Currently, it is not at its worst, but I am still getting new pimples regularly. I have been taking homeopathic treatment for the past 1.5 months. My current medication includes: 3 small liquid bottles (I take 3 drops from each, 3 times a day, with a 10-minute gap between each) Allen Acne Drops A34 (20 drops in half a cup of water) There is slight improvement, but my acne is not fully controlled — one pimple heals and another appears. I still get red/inflamed pimples (especially on nose and cheeks), along with small bumps/whiteheads and some acne marks. My questions: Should my current medicines be changed or dosage adjusted since new pimples are still appearing? Is this a normal healing process or does it mean the treatment is not effective enough? How long should I continue the same treatment before expecting proper control? Should I consider switching to a dermatologist at this stage? Please guide me on the next steps

Hello Doctor, I have been facing a persistent issue of sticky throat, especially in the morning. When I spit after waking up, thick, yellowish, thread-like mucus comes out. Sometimes, I also notice small round food particles along with the mucus. While swallowing, my throat feels coated and sticky. My tongue is always whitish with some rashes/patches and feels heavy. Occasionally, I notice slight blood in my spit while brushing in the morning. I had last year treated H pylori, but symptoms still persist. Could this be due to throat infection, sinus issue, acidity (GERD), or something else? Is it related to my previous H. pylori infection? I have been having food-related reactions for the past ~8 years.  Symptoms include:  Small itchy rashes (mosquito-bite–like), occasional mild hives, Mouth ulcers after certain foods  Digestive issues (gas, bloating,IBS-like symptoms)  Sometimes headache, palpitations, and fatigue reactions for some foods are usually delayed (around 6–10 hours after eating any unmatched food)(different food differentreaction) I am able to have  foods (rice, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, carrot, curd & urad dal).  Levocetirizine relieves symptoms whenever I have any unmatched food like chicken, tomato etc.  Previously, whenever I have taken  antibiotics for issues like dental  problems like there is no reaction for a few weeks for any foods, but now they don’t. My IgE was 120+ last year. with what is suffering with is it auto immune disorder, urticaria or food intolerances ? is there any cure for it in allopathy homeopathy or Ayurveda or any other? any new studies or methods found for cure for this issue ?

This is my ct report .I m a spinal cord patient my bp is 128/91 Can any urologists will suggest which operation the doctor will do and he will clear both kidney stones in one operation or not? And total how many days hospital stay is needed for this report . Is this bp ok for operation.?
