This pattern does not strongly suggest a dangerous neurological disease, especially since: Brain MRI, CT PNS, CBC, thyroid, sugar, BP etc. are normal. Symptoms are chronic but stable for 3 years. There is a clear relationship with mental strain, screens, concentration, and sensory triggers. The history suggests a functional neuro-muscular / stress-related condition rather than structural disease. Important clues: Started after prolonged isolation + intense exam preparation. Long hours on mobile PDFs and near vision strain. Reduced outdoor activity and physical movement. Tightness increases while studying and screen exposure. Heavy sleepy eyes with forehead pressure. Triggered by smells and certain foods. Normal sleep and investigations. Possible modern medical considerations: Chronic tension-type headache Visual strain / digital eye strain Central sensitization Anxiety-spectrum somatic tension Frontal muscle tension from concentration Migraine variant without classic headache Sensory hypersensitivity syndrome Spicy smell aggravation and forehead tightness during concentration suggest nervous system hypersensitivity rather than sinus disease. Questions that become important: Is the forehead tightness better outdoors? Better after exercise? Better during vacation/travel? Worse in closed rooms? Does scalp/forehead feel tight physically? Any neck stiffness? Any anxiety about studies/future? Any perfectionism or fear of failure? From a homeopathic perspective, the case strongly revolves around: prolonged mental exertion, sedentary isolated lifestyle, screen overuse, nervous exhaustion, hypersensitivity, and functional head complaints. Remedies that may come into differential depending on totality: Natrum Muriaticum Argentum Nitricum Nux Vomica Cocculus Indicus Gelsemium Ruta Graveolens Onosmodium Rubrics to think about: Head pain from mental exertion Eyestrain from studying Head complaints from prolonged concentration Complaints from sedentary life Worse screen/light/reading Pressure in forehead Headache from odors Practical things that may help: Stop prolonged mobile PDF studying. Use printed material or large monitor. Daily outdoor walking 45–60 mins. Neck/posture correction. Eye breaks every 20 mins. Sunlight exposure. Reduce continuous focus sessions. Resume social and physical activity gradually. Because symptoms worsen with sensory input and concentration, the nervous system likely became hyper-alert after prolonged mental strain and isolation. This is commonly missed because scans appear normal. Regards Dr Jyoti Kadkol Health Global Homoeopathy,Vijaynagar, Hoodi, Bangalore www.healthglobalclinics.com

Your symptoms sound very distressing, especially because all reports are normal and the discomfort has become linked with study, screens, and even certain foods. Your MRI, CT scan, blood tests, BP, sugar, thyroid etc. are normal. This happens in many chronic functional disorders where tests remain normal so this heavy sleepy eyes with forehead tightness especially after screens and studying strongly suggests nervous fatigue and eye-muscle strain involvement. Homoeopathic treats a person and not just his symptoms so consult a good doctor asap who can help you.
Next Steps
Patient should consult a homeopathic physician at the earliest.
Health Tips
Complete eye examination including eye power and dry eye evaluation Cervical spine/posture assessment Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels (if not already done)

Hello , Kindly go for an eye checkup. I hope now you're balancing study life with health . Even when you are focusing on something, you should never skip "Me time" which helps you mentally as well as physically. Watching some comedy shows, sparing time with nature ,some of physical activities whichever you like ,some hobbies. Try all these. And good sleep and hydration
