2015, suffer cidp 2016 cidp repeated Jan2026 heart problem main arteries blockage, angioplasty done ok.during this for URINATION some plug put in my penish,it remains about seven days for URINATION.after amonth I felt difficulty in releasing urine. I have to give pressure to release urine,and in finishing urine it take time to feel free,twice my urine stopped and I was put baby tube no5.to release urine. I have started to take homeopathy medicine,it relaxed me it is continue.now I want to consult u,for easy flow of urine.because my urine flow graph is zero.and this flow must be easy without pressure. I m having mild foam in urine since many months now recently i notices the foam is like flakes type or sometimes thick but it just 3-4 cm patch single or 2 patches types so is it ckd?? i m taking less water since childhood i have a history of kidney stone and recently i m facing mild burning while urinating so plz guide me should i do urine acr now or should i first increase my water intake if yes then how much and then do the test?? i m so worried bcz i m just 26 my weight is 35 kg Recently i did my routine urine test i attached the photo so i don't think its uti and also if i go to urinate 10 times in a day in that 5 times urine looks normal and other 5 times that white patches or foam or flakes type is seen in urine i m not sure what is it plz guide me

I am a 28 year old IT professional. I have been facing Fungal infection in groin since last 10 years, have tried ayurvedic and allopathic medicines and shows effect till I take the meds, after some time the issue occurs again. For this time I gained weight because long period of WFH and some problems at home. I get hungry in stress and boredom so eating causes weight gain. I have issue of migraine.So causing much more sweat than normal people around, and I actually believe that even in less weight I sweat more than normal. So after consulting dermatologist, taken itraconazole 200 twice a day , fluconazole 400 once a week and luliconazole cream for 2-3 months straight, still face itching even there is 2 days gap. Understood that this comes because I sweat in normal situation and place of groin and on sit gets wet and fungus remains or comes back. I consulted this also with the same dermatologist but he gave the same meds again. I am looking for the treatment for this fungal and sweating

I have got fistula in ano in the month of January with 3.8 cm track , post that I am taking homeopaythy treatment Now I could see in recent MRI fistula track is not visible.. but I keep getting puss and blood and I could see the opening still at external side...
