Spondylitis
I have been dealing with spondylitis. Pain in the upper back and lower back and also stiffness and sometimes loss of balance and it gets worse sometimes with long hours of sitting. The pain kept on shifting from the neck area to the pelvic area and I consulted a homeopathic doctor and the doctor said it could be an early onset of Spondylitis

Based on your symptoms, an inflammatory spine condition such as early spondylitis is a possibility, but it cannot be confirmed based on symptoms alone. Proper evaluation, including a detailed clinical examination and investigations like X-ray/MRI may be needed. Early diagnosis is important to prevent progression. Along with treatment, regular stretching, posture correction, and avoiding prolonged sitting can also help reduce stiffness and pain. For a detailed assessment and individualized homoeopathic treatment plan, you may contact Dr. Shikha's Homoeo Clinic. Early consultation can help in better long-term management.

Spondylitis is a medical term for a group of chronic, inflammatory diseases that primarily affect the spine and sacroiliac joints. Unlike age-related wear and tear (spondylosis), spondylitis is a systemic autoimmune condition where the body's immune system attacks its own spinal joints, ligaments, and tendons.
