Thank you for sharing your concern. HLA B27 positive with a diagnosis of spondyloarthritis explains the long-term back and hip pain you're experiencing. It's good that allopathic treatment has helped manage the pain to some extent, but as you've mentioned, the underlying stiffness and difficulty in movement remain. Homeopathy can offer supportive care in such chronic autoimmune conditions, aiming to reduce inflammation, improve mobility, and slow down disease progression. Many patients with chronic autoimmune conditions like spondyloarthritis have found long-term relief and improved quality of life , have experienced significant relief in pain, stiffness, and overall mobility -along with improved energy and reduced dependency on long-term medications. For a better understanding of your case and to choose the most suitable remedy, a detailed consultation is essential. If you have any other concerns or want to explore treatment options,I'd be happy to see you for a consultation. ~Dr.Likhitha

Yes you must take physical consultancy, Along with MRI Spine, so that we can identify exact cause A positive HLA-B27 result indicates the presence of the HLA-B27 protein on your white blood cells. This protein is associated with certain autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, such as: Ankylosing spondylitis**: A type of arthritis that primarily affects the spine. - **Reactive arthritis**: Inflammation of the joints, urethra, and eyes, sometimes accompanied by skin lesions. - **Psoriatic arthritis**: Arthritis linked to psoriasis. - **Uveitis**: Inflammation in the eye. - **Inflammatory bowel diseases**: Such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative However, not everyone with a positive HLA-B27 result develops these conditions. Many people with this marker remain healthy. If you have symptoms like joint pain, stiffness, or inflammation, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance
Next Steps

"Thank you for sharing your condition. HLA B27 positive with spondyloarthritis is a chronic autoimmune issue, and while allopathic treatment can help manage pain, it often doesn’t address the root cause or long-term recovery. Homeopathy works on the body's immune balance and inflammation from the root. I've treated similar cases with good results — reduced pain, improved flexibility, and better quality of life. If you allow me to handle your case fully with a personalized homeopathic approach, we can aim not just for pain control, but for deeper healing. I’ll guide you throughout the journey and monitor every step closely."
Next Steps
kindly schedule your appointment on practo. I will guide you further management after taking full case.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your health concerns. Testing HLA-B27 positive and being diagnosed with Spondyloarthritis (Spondyloarthropathy) can be overwhelming, especially when the pain affects your mobility and daily activities. I understand that even after 5 months of allopathic treatment, you're only experiencing pain control but no significant long-term improvement — this is quite common in such chronic inflammatory conditions. Homeopathy offers a holistic and promising approach in managing autoimmune conditions like spondyloarthritis. Rather than just suppressing the pain, homeopathy works to reduce the underlying inflammation, modulate the immune response, and improve joint mobility over time. In our clinical practice, we’ve helped many patients regain flexibility, reduce stiffness, and gradually taper down painkillers under proper supervision. However, the success of homeopathy in such cases depends on individualized treatment — considering your complete case history, pain pattern, triggers, and general constitution. Since you've been suffering for over 5 years, starting the correct remedy now can still make a meaningful difference — and the earlier we begin, the better the outcome. I would recommend a detailed consultation so we can assess your condition thoroughly and guide you on a personalized, long-term treatment plan to manage the pain, improve movement, and prevent further joint damage.
