Jan2026 heart problem main arteries blockage, angioplasty done ok.during this for URINATION some plug put in my penish,it remains about seven days for URINATION.after amonth I felt difficulty in releasing urine. I have to give pressure to release urine,and in finishing urine it take time to feel free,twice my urine stopped and I was put baby tube no5.to release urine.
I have started to take homeopathy medicine,it relaxed me it is continue.now I want to consult u,for easy flow of urine.because my urine flow graph is zero.and this flow must be easy without pressure.

I understand how distressing it must be to experience difficulty passing urine after everything you have been through, including CIDP, heart angioplasty, catheterization, and episodes of urinary retention. I hope you are recovering well otherwise.
From your description, the difficulty in urination after catheterization raises the possibility of a urethral stricture (narrowing of the urinary passage), although other causes such as prostate enlargement, bladder neck obstruction, or reduced bladder muscle function (detrusor weakness) should also be evaluated. Since your urine flow graph is reported to be very low, it is important to identify the exact cause before deciding on treatment.
The possible complications of untreated urinary obstruction include:
Recurrent urinary retention
Recurrent urinary tract infections
Bladder damage due to incomplete emptying
Bladder stones
Kidney damage if the obstruction becomes severe
Reduced quality of life due to straining and poor urine flow
A proper evaluation with a Uroflowmetry, Ultrasound with Post-Void Residual (PVR), and, if required, a Retrograde Urethrogram (RUG) or cystoscopy can help determine the underlying problem.
