Your history of difficulty starting urine, weak flow, needing to strain, prolonged emptying and previous episodes requiring catheterization needs proper evaluation. Since these symptoms developed after urinary catheterization, a narrowing of the urethra (urethral stricture) is one possibility, although prostate enlargement, bladder-neck obstruction or reduced bladder contractility can also cause similar symptoms.
Next Steps
I would recommend a urological evaluation with uroflowmetry and post-void residual (PVR) urine measurement. Depending on the findings, ultrasound and further assessment of the urethra/prostate may be required.
You can share your uroflowmetry report, ultrasound/KUB-prostate report, PVR value, urine test and current medicines, particularly the medicines started after your angioplasty. These details will help in understanding the cause of your difficulty in passing urine.
An individualized homoeopathic approach can be considered alongside appropriate evaluation, particularly for your associated urinary symptoms, but treatment should be based on the underlying cause rather than simply trying to increase the urine flow.
Health Tips
Please do not strain forcefully to pass urine or delay medical attention if you become unable to urinate. Acute urinary retention requires prompt bladder drainage.
Given your cardiac history and previous catheterization, I would recommend not postponing the urological assessment. If you currently cannot pass urine, develop severe lower-abdominal pain/swelling, fever or vomiting, seek urgent medical care.

Your symptoms suggest significant bladder outlet obstruction or urethral narrowing. The urinary catheter placed during your heart procedure may have contributed to urethral stricture, but prostate enlargement is another possibility.

Health Tips
Do not strain to pass urine, as this can worsen bladder function. Continue your cardiac medications unless advised otherwise by your cardiologist.
Dear Mr. Mahendra Kumar Jajodia,
Thank you for sharing your detailed medical history. I understand how distressing it must be to experience difficulty passing urine after everything you have been through, including CIDP, heart angioplasty, catheterization, and episodes of urinary retention. I hope you are recovering well otherwise.
From your description, the difficulty in urination after catheterization raises the possibility of a urethral stricture (narrowing of the urinary passage), although other causes such as prostate enlargement, bladder neck obstruction, or reduced bladder muscle function (detrusor weakness) should also be evaluated. Since your urine flow graph is reported to be very low, it is important to identify the exact cause before deciding on treatment.
The possible complications of untreated urinary obstruction include:
Recurrent urinary retention
Recurrent urinary tract infections
Bladder damage due to incomplete emptying
Bladder stones
Kidney damage if the obstruction becomes severe
Reduced quality of life due to straining and poor urine flow
A proper evaluation with a Uroflowmetry, Ultrasound with Post-Void Residual (PVR), and, if required, a Retrograde Urethrogram (RUG) or cystoscopy can help determine the underlying problem.

Hello Mahendra Kumar Jajodia
It seems you are having urinary flow obstruction.
You can take Thuja 30 twice but my advise is to consult online so that first we can evaluate the reason of obstruction.
