Homeopathy

Since December, I have been using homeopathy medicine, but my hair fall has not reduced. In fact, after starting the medicine, it has increased. During head bath, more than 200 hairs are falling. Today I got blood tests done. My Vitamin D level is 21, Zinc is 61, and Vitamin B12, Iron, and Thyroid levels are all normal. I also have dandruff. Even then, what could be the reason for such severe hair fall? What kind of treatment do I need now? Please explain what treatment can reduce hair fall quickly.

Hello doc I have been suffering from cervical neck issues such as pain in points with sudden dizziness and inability to do daily work like bending even sitting on floor etc sometimes when moving head also gives me dizziness(jhanjhanahat to head) and now pain in left jaw also started.. Earlier I was thinking it might be due to inner ear nerve issues but I think its related to cervical issue. Done physiotherapy as well of neck and back as well right now doing exercises as well doing bhamari pranayama as well 70 percent relief is there but not fully gone.Tinnitus is also there although its intensity reduced. Done MRI cervical+back earlier(attached).Now please tell me any other tests for inner ear to be done for tinnitus and dizziness? Or homeopathy medicines will work in these diseases or how many months i have to take medicines for getting more relief from this? Thank you!

The medicine given in globules form remain same for three months if not for daily use occasional use does medicine effect is there in globules or should change after  for 3-4 months can we keep that sos medicine

I am facing about constipation, gerd, depression, anxiety, and weakness, i am taking cal carb 200 every third day with arsenic album 30 as per homeopathy doctor,. I was taking last 2 years but if i am stop taking medicine symptoms coming back . And i have to start from scratch like start from zero. Your help will be thankful and really appreciated.

Antimonium Crudum homeopathy if taken for long periods, does this cause any issues? If this is not the right remedy, can taking it cause any issues? Does this create digestive disturbances, metabolic changes, mental symptoms (if it acts on the brain)? If repeated for long, can it cause joint issues? Hello , I had perianal abcess 40 days ago and connected with homeopathy doctor ...they gave few tablets and asked me to take for few weeks ..post that I had to take MRI and found 1.5 cm track and doctor again told me to continue the same medicines .. Now yesterday I took another MRI and found 3.8 cm track which has drastically increased within 1 month.. As I was been told homeopaythy will give good results but in my case it's problem has been drastically increased.. I wanted to know if there is any treatment for this in homeopathy or should I move to allopathy... I want to know this because I have seen many doctors defending homeopaythy works in better way ...
