Hello, I am 45Y and have difficulty with sex due to pain and burning sensation. I was diagnosed with penile scar tissue about 2 years ago and have developed a deformity of the organ. I am also struggling due to very weak erections and a long time to achieve an erection. There is moderate pain whenever I make it erect and the sexual pleasure is also almost nil these days. I am a 28 year old IT professional. I have been facing Fungal infection in groin since last 10 years, have tried ayurvedic and allopathic medicines and shows effect till I take the meds, after some time the issue occurs again. For this time I gained weight because long period of WFH and some problems at home. I get hungry in stress and boredom so eating causes weight gain. I have issue of migraine.So causing much more sweat than normal people around, and I actually believe that even in less weight I sweat more than normal. So after consulting dermatologist, taken itraconazole 200 twice a day , fluconazole 400 once a week and luliconazole cream for 2-3 months straight, still face itching even there is 2 days gap. Understood that this comes because I sweat in normal situation and place of groin and on sit gets wet and fungus remains or comes back. I consulted this also with the same dermatologist but he gave the same meds again. I am looking for the treatment for this fungal and sweating
