I have a couple of complints and looking for a remedy in homeopathy. My foreskin is becoming tight nowadays. Erection is not satisfactory and need to be checked if it is ok. Also feeling like it is curving more in recent days. Is it possible to check via video call? I am worried a lot nowadays due to this. Thanks

Can someone help me with mild Palinopsia-like symptoms? I am seeing persistent afterimages of the object for 1-2 seconds. I am becoming fed up. I have visited multiple ophthalmologists & Neuro Opthalmologists but no one is able to tell me why it is happening. Most of them say I am overthinking but I am seeing these afterimages from the past 4 months. For ex: if I see tv and look sideways then the glimpse of tv is there for 1-2 seconds. This is happening with a window grill, plaster of paris design also. I have a number of floaters in both eyes and also have a lazy eye in the left eye. I am becoming mad day by day. Is there anyone who can help me. I heard the term Palinopsia for this on the Internet. I have been taking L-gautholine 500 MG and Bilypsa for fatty liver for 6 months. Can it be the cause??

1) Hi ,Myself Karan Kumar from Jharkhand, have Blackhead acane Problem ( mostly on Both Cheeks & near Back neck part) since last 8 years as shown in picture ( exactly same type on my both cheek as shown).On pressing these acane, whitish material come out and left with black spot after healing.These acane reduce after  using medicine sometimes disappear but as soon as I skip using medicines, its numbers increase more than earlier. 2) Visited many Dermatologist, used Ayurveda and homoeopathic medicines ( by local doctor). I am  frustrated and hopeless after using allopathic medicine over 8 years without getting much benifits and Very costly medicine/ Creams. 3) My question - is blackhead acane lifelong( permanent problem), no cure??- please help me. 4) please look at my picture and examine -whether it is Blackhead or something else skin problem?? I attach usg report... I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 months (BC 22.,hekla lawa 3x, apply belladona cream on lump and sweet medicine given by Dr ) but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful..

Dear Doctor, I am using Wheezal Eye Bright Eye Drops(image attached) and experience burning/stinging after putting them in my eyes. An ophthalmologist advised me not to use such homeopathic eye drops, saying they may irritate or damage the eyes. Is this burning normal ? Are these drops safe for long-term use, or can they harm the eyes? I do not have any eye disease. I use Wheezal Eye Bright Eye Drops only for routine eye care.
