Since 2 years I have this issue with fissures. Months back it was healed also with proper home care. But last year in the winters it became really bad. My old pain came back and then again I healed. But now in the current situation the scary part is that even if my stool is soft it pains. I am scared if I will be able to pass normal stool or not in future without pain. I went in depression. I want to consult u regarding the same. I have a hope that I will get out from this with my own efforts without surgery. I want to get back to my normal life. 

Hello, I am a 39-year-old man living near Chennai. One year ago, I had stomach pain and left-hand pain. After tests, a gastroenterologist diagnosed me with IBS. A cardiologist said my heart is normal and that my hand pain is due to anxiety. I have had anxiety since childhood and panic when I hear bad news. Six months ago, I developed a small bump near my anus. An MRI fistulogram showed a Stage 1 anal fistula, and surgery was advised. Due to fear, I took Siddha treatment and felt better. Now the bump has returned. I have irregular bowel movements—sometimes loose stools, sometimes constipation, and sometimes the first half is hard and the second half is loose, along with stomach pain. Can homeopathy permanently cure this without surgery?

I had taken allopathy treatment for erectile issues, was diagnosed with veno occlusive dysfunction about 2 year ago in a penile doppler scan. Though I took several treatment I didn't see any improvement in my condition. Also a hard plaque is present on the mid portion of the shaft causing pain and difficulties, this is now getting even worse and have a considerable bend on the shaft. I am still able to attain partial erection but I am having difficulty in maintaining erections. Dear Doctors, I have stomach burn and gas/flatulance problem from 3 years due to which weight reduced by 20 kg. 15 in 6 months and 5 in 2 years. Yook ayurvedic, homeopathy and allopathic treatment, but no improvement was observed. Finally Reckeweg R5 is helping me in but the condition is still not completely cured. My mother has been suffering from tinnitus for quite some time now(almost 10 years) and it has started to severely impact her quality of life. I want to get my penis checked. When I try to make it hard, it does not become fully hard. If I try more, I discharge very quickly and my timing is not good. I have severe tinnitus and hyperacusis since 1 month and muffled hearing,head heaviness,disturbed sleep and recently suffering from patelous estachian tube dysfunction since 15 days there is pressure in my ear and i hear my own sound loudly but my hearing test is normal so is there any treatment in homeopathy which will permanently cure this issue and plz tell me the real if actually a treatment available don't give me a false hopes plz
