My weight has been increased from 54kg to 62kg after tuberculosis treatment got over and since then I dont understand how do I reduce it again since my appetite isnt balanced and i feel asphyxiation while running fast and stepping up ladders too even now after TB complete treatment. Could it be hormonal issues or in lungs? Bcz ive also sensed that my periods are so heavy with severe PMS too. Help me treat for the same.

I have taken following homeopathic medicine Moschus, Calcarea carbonicum, Lycopodium, carbo vegitab, Selinium, Aumina, Acidphosphoricum on advice of fufa who is homeopathic doc and have stopped them on 2 nov 2025 .took them from 22 sept 2024.now since 5 months have passed but I m still experiencing problems suchas excessive nightfall tightness at back of head, weakness poor blood circulation excessive erections excessive sleepiness and pains and other problematic symptoms. I have already taken nux 200 and smelt camphor as an antidote but no benefit. I want to know what is cure as 5 months have already passed since stopping but still issues.whether any homeopathic medicine is cure or any medicine in allopath or ayurved is cure if any medicine is cure then provide the name of medicine in reply.

I have been prescribed Amoxicillin and potassium culvalunate 625mg Nuroforentine 100 mg Clear UTI SYRUP After 3 days I have checked urine routine But granular cast Protein+ Is still there? Weather it will clear in 5 days course Doctor has prescribed me 5 days course

I have taken following homeopathic medicinesMoschus, Calcarea carbonicum, Lycopodium, carbo vegitab, Selinium, Aumina, Acidphosphoricum in advice of fufa who is homeopathic doc .all were in high potency and have taken one medicine each day regularly 9 drops of each  medicine everyday.i took them for nightfall problem. after taking my problem worsened my nightfall problem increased badly and developed excessive tightness at back of head and other problematic symptoms. Wanted to know whether these effects can be the result of these homeopathic medicines or not. I took these medicines from 22 sept 2024 to 2 nov 2025 (last dose). I had also taken nux vomica 200 and smelt camphor one month back as an antidote bit no results. Can anyone tell me if problem is due to these medications or not and if yes what is the cure.

Homeopathic medicines usually require a gap before and after eating or drinking. I am taking Wheezal Febral Capsules with water—will it be effective ? How is it possible in homeopathy that a capsule can be taken with water ? Refer to the attachment.
