Hello, I am 45Y and have difficulty with sex due to pain and burning sensation. I was diagnosed with penile scar tissue about 2 years ago and have developed a deformity of the organ. I am also struggling due to very weak erections and a long time to achieve an erection. There is moderate pain whenever I make it erect and the sexual pleasure is also almost nil these days. Sometimes I do have pain and slight redness on the glans after sexual activity. Is there a solution to these problems and whom should I approach for consultation?
