Mesenteric lymph nodes are commonly enlarged in children, especially after viral infections or intestinal infections. A lymph node measuring 15 × 7 mm can be seen in many benign conditions, but since your 5-year-old daughter has recurrent abdominal pain, she should be evaluated by a dr to identify the underlying cause and rule out conditions such as recurrent infections, worm infestation, food intolerance, or other gastrointestinal problems. If all serious causes have been ruled out and the enlarged lymph nodes are reactive, homeopathic treatment will help support recovery and improve recurrent abdominal complaints in children, but the treatment should be individualized after taking a detailed history. It is not possible to prescribe based on the ultrasound report alone. I recommend a detailed consultation with all her reports. If needed, we can review the ultrasound, understand the cause of her symptoms, and discuss whether homeopathic treatment is appropriate for her case. Wishing your daughter a speedy recovery. you can check our google reviews for such similar compaints.and you can check our testimonials in instagram face book and you tube. if you are intrested you can DM us on our clinic numbers for consultation. Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in children are commonly reactive and often resolve on their own after a viral or gastrointestinal infection. Since your daughter has only occasional abdominal pain and no vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation, continue regular follow-up with your pediatrician and monitor her symptoms. Homeopathy may be used as a supportive, individualized treatment based on the child’s complete symptom picture, but it should not replace proper pediatric evaluation. If the pain becomes severe, persistent, or is associated with fever, vomiting, weight loss, or poor appetite, seek medical attention promptly for that you can consult on 916702500one

Yes ma'am homeopathy has great scope but firstly it is important to find  the exact cause for multiple lymph nodes. My suggestion would be get an MRI done and after proper diagnosis we can start with treatment

Mesenteric lymph nodes are small glands in the belly that fight infection. In kids, it’s very common for them to get slightly enlarged after a viral fever, cold, throat infection, or stomach bug. This is called "Mesenteric Lymphadenitis". Usually 15mm is considered mild-moderate and often goes away on its own in 2-4 weeks. Yes, homeopathy is often used for recurrent mesenteric lymphadenitis in children to improve immunity and reduce frequency. But *it must be prescribed after full case taking* by a qualified homeopath who has examined your daughter. Try this : 1.  Hydration + Light diet - Khichdi, dal, fruits. Avoid outside/junk food 2.  Warm compress on belly if she has pain.
